HELD is a private, trauma-aware breathwork container for postpartum mothers.

It’s not about pushing, fixing, or forcing release. It’s about creating a space where your body can finally exhale.

Inside HELD, we work gently and intentionally to:

  • Support nervous system settling
  • Allow emotions to move at your pace
  • Reduce stored tension and reactivity
  • Help you feel more like yourself again

Why Breathwork Helps

Your breath sends constant signals to your nervous system.

When your breathing is shallow or tense, your body stays in survival mode. When your breath is supported and rhythmic, your system receives the message: it’s safe to settle.

Inside HELD, breathwork is used to:

  • Expand your capacity to feel without overwhelm
  • Support emotional release without re-traumatization

3 private 1:1 breathwork sessions (90 mins each) • Delivered via Zoom • Paced over 3 weeks

Gentle check-in, grounding, and somatic preparation so your body feels safe and oriented.

45–60 Minutes

Trauma-aware, guided breathwork tailored to your nervous system — with choice, pacing, and support throughout.

Rest, reflection, and simple take-home practices to support you between sessions.

Hi, I’m Christina.

I’m a postpartum-focused breathwork facilitator and bodyworker, and a mother myself.

I created HELD because I know how common it is for mothers to be carrying so much — while being expected to keep going without pause.

My work is grounded in trauma-aware, nervous-system-informed breathwork that honors your body’s timing and capacity.

You won’t be pushed here. You will be supported.
